MARS Holding GmbH is continuing to expand its last-mile logistics network in Hungary. To help establish and manage the day-to-day operations of our Budapest location, we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor (m/f/d) who will work with our German management team to establish efficient processes and help shape our day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational support and scheduling management, as well as ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations at our Budapest location

• Monitor and analyse relevant KPIs, including productivity, service levels, delivery quality, and on-time performance, and implement appropriate optimisation measures

• Support workforce, shift, and capacity planning in line with operational requirements

• Work closely with the management team in Germany and ensure transparent communication and coordination between locations

• Contribute to the establishment of new locations and the implementation and standardisation of operational processes

• Ensure compliance with internal quality, safety, and compliance standards while continuously improving existing workflows

• Professional experience in logistics, transport, or last-mile operations, ideally in an operational leadership or coordination role

• Ideally, practical experience in an operational logistics or transportation setting (e.g., last-mile delivery or dispatching)

• Strong understanding of operational processes and proven experience in analysing and managing KPIs

• Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, combined with strong numerical and analytical skills

• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work

• High level of commitment, a hands-on mentality, and the ability to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a confident and professional manner

• Native-level proficiency in Hungarian

• Very good German language skills, with a minimum level of B2

• Business-fluent English language skills, with a minimum level of C1
